VILLATREMARI is located on Campulongu beach in Villasimius
We are at the extremes of the south-eastern coast of Sardinia, a land of granite rocks that embrace the turquoise sea. A large villa immersed in the greenery of Mediterranean vegetation within a vast garden that reaches down to the sea.
The fine sandy beaches smell of juniper and rosemary. The beauty of nature makes it a welcoming refuge of relaxation and tranquility.

Villa Tre Mari is a Holiday Home of the Society of Jesus. A serene and relaxing environment, capable of giving the opportunity to rediscover values. All in a context of friendship and respect for the ideals of social, responsible and sustainable tourism. The welcome is entrusted to the Think UP staff, who will take care of every detail of your stay.

The 9 rooms of the house, arranged on three levels, overlook the sea and the garden. From the first and second floors there is access to the large panoramic verandas. There are rooms for every need: one triple, six doubles and two singles. The very simple furnishings with light and soft colors and the white walls give way to the turquoise floor.

We have chosen to take care of the details, to make every moment spent in our villa precious. Because a holiday at Villa Tre Mari means enjoying every moment. Each room has:

The flavors of tradition, and more, with love and passion. We have an internal restaurant, with the possibility of take-away meals with convenient cool bags. Our guests can order drinks and/or lunch and aperitifs.
The service, at no additional cost, is included in the price (only for guests) and can be used in the following time slots using the convenient WhatsApp button in the digital menus:

How to reach us
From Olbia take the SS 131 dcn (signs Cagliari/Nuoro), take the exit for Nuoro and follow the signs for Lanusei. Continue towards Tortolì and take the SS 125 towards Villasimius. Take the exit for Castiadas and then reach Villasimius. Or take the SS131 DCN towards Nuoro/Cagliari.
Proceed towards Cagliari along the SS 131 and near Cagliari follow signs for Villasimius. By public transport , there is a train that connects Elmas Airport to the city center of Cagliari (Piazza Matteotti) every 15/20 minutes. From there the bus to Villasimius (ARST).
For those coming from Cagliari , follow the signs for Villasimius, Quartu San'Elena SS 554, take the SS 554 and take the exit for Muravera, then take the fast-moving SS 125 and continue following the signs for Villasmius, take the exit for Solanas and arrive in Villasimius along the SP 17.
Or from Cagliari reach Poetto beach and follow the coast up to Margine Rosso, where the coast ends. Turn right and follow the coast along the SP 17, after 45 km you will reach Villasimius.
