Reservations
Individual guests can make reservations online, by email or by phone. For the confirmation of reservations it is necessary to pay the 30% deposit by bank transfer to the coordinates that will be indicated in the email received; the remaining amount for the stay is to be paid at check-out, with traceable methods or cash within the limits of law. Any extra services will be quoted separately and paid at check-out.

Rates
The rates are made up as follows:
Bed & Breakfast - Bed and breakfast
Half Board - Overnight stay, breakfast and dinner
NB. Drinks with meals (excluding water) are excluded. Meals not consumed are not refundable.
Additional services - Sheets/linen are changed midweek. Any additional request will be considered extra and therefore quoted separately and paid for at check-out.
Cancellation
Any booking cancellation must be communicated in writing. In case of cancellation or changes made up to 45 days before the expected date of arrival, no fee will be charged. For cancellations or modifications after the aforementioned deadline, the cost of the first night will be charged for each canceled room for stays of up to 3 nights, while for longer stays 50% of the total amount of the booked stay will be charged.
From 14 days before the arrival date, 75% of the total confirmed stay will be charged. However, no refund is due to the guest who decides to interrupt the stay already undertaken, who will therefore be required to pay for the entire booked stay.
This cancellation policy is not valid for the discounted rate (in this case the amount of the reservation will be charged at the time of reservation and will not be returned in case of cancellation).
NB: For bookings from external platforms (e.g. Booking etc...), the customer is required to refer to the booking/cancellation terms and conditions expressly reported on the platforms themselves.
Children
All children under 2 years of age stay free of charge. Children under 10 years of age pay 50 % of the room rate.
Pets
Small pets are allowed on request at a cost of 10 € per day per animal.
Legal liability
Who causes damage to the structures or furnishings is held legally responsible under current regulations. Intentional theft and damage are immediately reported. Upon departure, the staff of the structure carries out a check in all rooms. The costs for any damage or loss of keys are charged and are payable on departure.
