Reservations

Single guests can make reservations online, via email or by phone. For the confirmation of the reservations it is necessary to pay the deposit of 30% by bank transfer to the coordinates that will be indicated in the mail received and/ or by credit card; the remaining amount for the stay is to be paid at check-inout, traceable or cash within legal limits. Any extra services will be quoted separately and paid at check-out.

Rates

The tariffs are composed as follows:

Bed & Breakfast – Bed and breakfast

Half Board – Overnight, breakfast and dinner

NB. One bottle of water per room is included in the dinner. Extra drinks are excluded. Meals not consumed are not refundable.

Additional services – The change of bed linen/ bath is midweek, with a minimum stay of 5 nights. Any additional request will be considered extra and then listed separately and paid at check-out.

Cancellation

Any cancellation of a reservation must be communicated in writing. In case of cancellation or changes made up to 45 days before the arrival date, no charge will be made.

For cancellations or changes after the above deadline will be charged the cost of the first night for each room canceled for stays up to 3 nights, while for longer stays 50% of the total amount of the stay booked.
From 14 days before the arrival date will be charged 75% of the total stay confirmed. No refund is due to the guest who decides to interrupt the stay already undertaken, which will then be required to pay for the entire stay booked.

NB: For bookings from external platforms (e.g. Booking etc…), the customer is required to refer to the terms and conditions of reservation/cancellation expressly stated in the platforms themselves.

This cancellation policy is not valid for the discounted rate (in this case the reservation amount will be charged at the time of booking and will not be returned in case of cancellation).

Children

All children under the age of 2 stay free. Children under 10 pay 50% of room rate.

Pets

Not allowed.

Legal responsibilities

Anyone who causes damage to structures or furnishings is legally responsible under the applicable regulations. Theft and intentional damage are reported immediately. At the time of departure, the staff of the hotel will check all rooms. Costs for damage or loss of keys are charged and payable upon departure.
